Refund Policy

You can cancel for a full refund, including any state fees on your invoice, at any time before we submit your filing to the State of Florida or the IRS. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

Once a filing has been submitted, the service fee and state fee for that filing are not refundable, because the work has been done and the State of Florida does not return filing fees.

If the State of Florida rejects a filing (for example, because the name is not available), we will correct it and resubmit at no additional service fee. A new state fee applies only if the state requires one.

Add-on services we have not started, such as a future year’s annual report filing, can be cancelled with a refund of that service before we begin the work.

Registered agent service is refundable until your formation filing is submitted, because from that point the state record names us as your agent. After that, the current service period is not refundable.

In the Company + Website package, the website portion ($999 of the package price) is fully refundable until we deliver the first design draft. After the first draft is delivered, cancellation refunds 50% of the website portion. Once the site has launched, the website portion is not refundable. The formation portion follows the rules above.

The monthly maintenance plan can be cancelled at any time; the month already paid is not refunded.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
