Diler Services, LLC operates Diler Corporate. This policy explains what information we collect on dilercorporate.com, how we use it and who we share it with.
Information you provide
Our contact form collects your name, email address, optional phone number and the message you write. When you place an order, we collect your company’s details (name, address, management and business activity), the name, title, ownership and address of each owner, manager or officer, and your contact name, email, phone and country. Please do not include Social Security numbers, passport details, card numbers or confidential documents in the contact form.
How we use it
We use contact form messages to reply to your inquiry, and order details to prepare and submit the services you request and to communicate with you about your order. Stripe processes invoice payments and, with your authorization, saves your card and billing address so we can charge annual renewals; we never see or store your full card number, only the brand and last four digits.
We never ask for Social Security numbers or ITINs on the website. If one is needed for an EIN application, we ask for it by phone and do not store it.
Public records and referrals
Information included in Florida filings, such as the company name, addresses and the names of managers or officers, becomes public on Sunbiz. Registered agent service puts our address on the record for legal notices, but it does not make all company information private. We share your details with partner CPAs or attorneys only when you ask us for a referral.
Service providers, cookies and retention
We use service providers to operate this website and our services, including Vercel (website hosting), Web3Forms (delivering contact form messages to our inbox) and Stripe (payments). This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. We do not sell your personal information. We keep order records as long as needed to provide your services and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and contact messages as long as needed to respond to them.
Privacy questions
For privacy questions, or to request a copy, correction or deletion of your information, use our contact page or call 1-800-XXX-XXXX. Please do not send sensitive information through the contact form. We may keep information that the law requires us to retain.
